How long till I hear from a Little Doer Carpets representative?
Usually within 24 hours of your submission form being received. (Weekend submissions are usually received in our office Monday mornings)

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
Most appointments will be made within two business days from the receipt of the request.

Can I have a Saturday or after hours appointment?
Yes, however the representative may have an appointment already booked, so as much notice as possible will help in facilitating your request.

Once I agree to a price, how long until I can have my new floor covering installed?
Subject to stock availability, we can usually install within two weeks of your quote acceptance.

Can you help with the moving of furniture?
Yes, we can organise to move furniture around your house whilst we install your new flooring.

Do you take the old carpet/floor coverings away?
Yes, we can take up and dispose of your existing floor coverings prior to installation of your new flooring.
